1. Decline Chest Press
2. Kneeling Face Pulls on Cable Machine
3. Seated Single Leg Leg-Press
4. Side Planks
5. Lateral Squats with Forward Press
6. Push-Up Plank Position with Lateral Toe Tapouts
As always 3-4 sets of 12-15 each. Slow and controlled. FEEL THE BURN.
