(Top: Lululemon // Leggings: Freepeople // Shoes: Nike (old) // Sports Bra: Lululemon)
These leggings are SO SOFT. Couldn’t even begin to explain the comfort level. As far as “helpfulness” goes with leggings… these didn’t give me much. Y’all know what I’m saying? Lululemon has some leggings that really help you out, and I wouldn’t put these anywhere near the “supportive” category of the bum. These infinity cut-outs are super cute and I got tons of compliments on these all day. I did grab these of the “final few” rack at Nordstrom, and it appears this color is sold out, but the other colors are great for spring too! This Lululemon bra is my favorite, of all time. I have 3 of them. The kicker is that the straps are COMFY. I have another Lululemon bra, and the straps aren’t a soft material. The Yogi Racerback is also a cult favorite that I have 3 of… it’s fitted enough that it’s flattering but I can workout and do weird positions without worrying if my stomach is sucked in or muffin top is looking extraordinary. ((for the record, always have that spine braced and belly button pulled in when exercising.))
I HOPE that you liked the workout from last week. Lately, I have been working on doing more HIIT Style workouts so I am going to give a full body one this week. I love weights, but there are some weeks I don’t want to have to GO to do anything, I just wanna be able to decide I want to workout and then, workout! Little thinking as possible (and effort, don’t tell).
March Madness Workout #2
50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest 3 times through.
Let me know what y’all think! Or if y’all like at home or in gym workouts better. : ) Happy sweating y’all!
